I love this photo. When the castle was decorated for the 50th Anniversary one of the elements included Tink. I am a huge fan of Tink. Always have been. But up until about 5 years ago, Tink was hard to find. She wasn't Mickey (my other love), Minnie or Cinderella. She was just another character, not a main character. But she has become so popular how could they not include her in the celebration?

But the main reason for the photo is not to show how Tink has come into her own with Disneyland, but to show the amazing magic Disney is known for. How beautiful this piece was. Look at the details. The naked eye could not capture the beauty. You needed a zoom lense to get a close up and really see it for what it is worth.

I am sure that a lot of people miss a lot of things when visiting Disneyland. Those that do not get to go often are so busy running from ride to ride, character to character, show to show....they do not have time to sit back and look at the beauty that Disneyland offers. We are lucky enough to go often enough that I have the time to sit back and see every detail that makes Disneyland what it is.

Great picture, super detail. Tink was underrated for too long, now she is finally getting her proper attention. Dang, she was on every one of the old "Disneyland" shows; you'd think Walt would have made her more prominent in his "Disneyland". Maybe he liked her so much he didn't want to share? Great new Blog, Welcome!
